Bluestem Capital Partners was founded in 1994 as Kuehl Capital, an underwriting firm within the municipal securities industry. It quickly and steadily grew, managing a majority of the SID market in Nebraska. In 2012, the firm shifted its focus to the municipal advisory firm that it is today. As fiduciaries, we advise our clients on the financial feasibility of their infrastructure projects to make undeveloped land livable.
